Type description

The electrically driven ball valve 2664 consists of a brass or stainless steel housing and a motor drive with manual operation and an optical position indicator. The drive unit is connected to the ball valve via a mechanical interface F03 according to DIN ISO 5211. The ball valve works according to the two-position operating principle. Voltage conversion is performed by means of a cam and 2 micro switches. The motor drive rotates the ball valve by 90°, thereby opening or closing the pipe section. In a structure with a potentiometer, it is possible to drive to a defined intermediate position. Microswitches or potentiometers can also be applied to electrical position feedback signals. A valve body composed of two or three parts can be provided. In a three-part construction, the intermediate part of the ball valve can be simply removed from the device.
