Type 2301 - Pneumatically operated two-way cut-off regulator ELEMENT series

Type description

In accordance with Bürkert's corporate philosophy, the cut-off regulator model 2301 is designed to meet all practical requirements, including those under severe conditions of use. The longest service life and highest seal are achieved with a reliable self-adjusting spindle packing and a replaceable top collar. Each cut-off valve body can be fitted with up to 5 different sizes of seats. A repeatable reliability curve for changing throughput is obtained by a parabolic plug seat combination. The supplied adjustment cone is made of stainless steel or is fitted with a durable PTFE seal or PEEK seal that meets leak class III, IV or VI for sealing the interface. The drive design makes it easy to integrate automation in all stages of expansion from digital electrical position controllers to process regulators. The highly integrated system of valves and automation features the following features: compact design and surface smoothness, integrated control air passage, IP65/67 protection and high chemical resistance.
