Type 2300 - Pneumatically controlled two-way angle seat control valve ELEMENT

Type description

based on Bürkert's philosophy of modular process valves and sensing technology, the 2300 angle seat valve is designed to meet all practical application requirements, even under harsh conditions of use. The longest service life and highest seal are achieved with a proven, automatically adjustable gland. Compared to conventional control valves, this dish-shaped valve cone gives a flow characteristic line that is about 35% higher. For sealing isolation, the supplied product will have a stainless steel seal or a durable PTFE seal. The actuator is designed to easily integrate automation units in all structural grading, as well as digital electrical position regulators and even process regulators. The highly integrated system consists of valves and automation units featuring compact design and surface smoothness, integrated control air ducts, protection class IP65/67/NEMA4X and high chemical resistance. The system delivers reliable, accurate control in applications where high flow rates are sought.
